Excellent living in Warsaw

The residential- and office block in the centre of Warsaw, is meant for one of  the most modern and exlusive residential buildings in Poland. With three acknowledged labellings meanwhile, the 55 m high new building has room for 255 modern and luxurious apartments and premises. The chracteristic new building fits seamless into the surroundings. Due to its unique location, the inhabitants are able to enjoy quiet retreat possibilities in several green parks and also the pulsating life of polands’ capital.

The building consists out of a three-storey underground car park and a 15-storey residential building . A waterproof  execution of the civil engineering is due to the soil water and partly stagnant ground water indisponsable. (For this) the long-standing proven Pentaflex KB has been inserted, which honours itself with a special coating on both sides that builds in connection with the fresh concrete a save seal. With more than 2000 m Pentaflex KB, a save seal of the underground car park could be guaranteed.

For the save connection and the thermal separation of bulky concrete elements, as e.g. balconiey, 750 m of different elements from the Isopro product line were applied.

The balcony insulation elements of the approved system avoid heat bridges efficient and economical.
