For making non-positive connections between reinforced-concrete components.
The huge "brandtelf" office building is situated on the prominent Bonn museum mile in the former government district. The 90-metre-long building comprises a complete square of property between Willy-Brandt-Allee, Heussallee, Welckerstraße and Schlegelstraße. The symmetric use of metals, natural stone and glass dominate the clear and simple architecture of the five-storey complex. Thanks to the sustainable design, the building has been awarded a silver certificate from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen e.V. (DGNB) (German Sustainable Building Council).
The use of FERBOX® rebend connections enabled the simple and non-positive locking connection of reinforced concrete components.
