Between the city and the Elbe, in the heart of Hamburg's City South district, the "Fleet Office" project is blazing new trails and setting new standards. The H-shaped property has become one of the Hanseatic city's most important gateways to the international business world. The prestigious office and administration building is named after its position between the canals (which are known as "Fleet" in German) of Hammerbrook. The first building section, with eleven storeys, will combine functionality, efficiency and architecture to form an ultra-modern working world from the end of 2015. The sustainable building is registered for a certificate from the DGNB (German Association for Sustainable Building). Each storey offers around 1900 m2 for individual use. The room sizes and typologies can be freely selected and designed according to the user's wishes and requirements. Yet all levels have one thing in common: exclusive interior fittings, beginning with the high-quality reinforced concrete supports, which lend a modern look to the large entrances and lobbies, as well as the individual offices.

For this building project, H-BAU Technik supplied large quantities of unlined and lined RAPIDOBAT® shuttering tubes.
