2004 to 2014 saw the development of Norway's largest urban construction project "OperaKvarteret" (Opera Quarter) in the country's capital, Oslo. Twelve large office and residential complexes were completed, all of which were constructed in accordance with the specified barcode design. The buildings include MAD Bygget, a 15-storey, 51 m-tall residential and commercial building designed by the Norwegian architects MAD. The modern perforated sheet external façade is distinctive.

On account of high demands on thermal insulation and sound insulation, H-BAU Technik supplied ISOMAXX® thermal insulation elements with an insulation thickness of 120 mm. A total of just under 1250 m of ISOMAXX® elements were supplied for the building project.
