The new building of the S.Oliver flagship store presents itself with a modern, transparent and clear design. Despite its own accents, it blends harmoniously into Würzburg old town. The light shell limestone cladding and the oriel-style windows lend the shop its special characteristic. The building is split into three above-ground retail floors and two office floors. A two-storey display window shows off the functional interior design. Concrete pillars adorn the sales floors and give the space an urban and confident charm.

The shuttering tubes used for this, as well as several pallets of reinforced concrete spacers, were supplied by H-BAU Technik. Reliable sealing in accordance with the German guideline for watertight structures (WU-Richtlinie) is guaranteed by the installed PENTAFLEX KB® seam sheets.
